This interactive training provides an understanding of how unconscious bias can impact the workplace. It defines different types of unconscious bias to help identify or recognize these behaviours in ourselves and others. Most importantly the training provides strategies, tools, and techniques to help minimize or eradicate bias' as we all strive towards fair and inclusive work environments and processes.

Progressive Discipline and Performance Management in the Workplace
Learn how to navigate and apply progressive discipline while coaching and managing your employees within the workplace. Gain an understanding of what criteria should be documented and included in letters of warning or suspension and how to handle those difficult conversations.

This workshop provides an understanding of the difference between culpable and non-culpable absenteeism, the progressive models of each, how work plans and accommodation intersect, and how supervisors and managers can prepare for difficult discussions and determine when it is appropriate to move to next steps.

Performance Appraisal
Programs can be designed and facilitated or training can be customized to your internal program and delivered to your workforce.

Learners will be provided with an understanding of what constitutes discrimination and harassment in the workplace, how organizations can ensure they are in compliance while addressing this in the workplace, policy criteria, how risk assessments can be completed and actions can be taken to minimize the opportunity for harassment or discrimination in the workplace, how complaints can be made if this does occur, steps in investigations, and how employees and management can work together to create safe workplaces.
